Trying to get my domain name under WordPress

  Hi there,

  I recently registered the domain names – nocturnalbandit.com – at GoDaddy. I chose the option to use the ‘Managed WordPress’ so that I could manage it from the backend. Everything has worked out smoothly so far, except for one thing. I’d like the site to show up under ‘My Sites’ but it never does. How do I get it show up there? I ask, because I’d like to manage the site from the WordPress desktop app and the mobile app, but have been unable to do that so far because of this issue.

  http://nocturnalbandit.com/ is a powered by wordpress software install ie. it’s not a wordpress.COM hosted blog; it is a wordpress.ORG site.

  This is wordpress.COM support. You are posting to the wrong support forum.

  We provide support only for wordpress.COM hosted sites. Our support docs do not apply to
  (1) local installs of wordpress.ORG software on your own server or
  (2) wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, and we do not provide support for them at wordpress.COM.
  (3) Jetpack support https://jetpack.me/support/ for sites linked to wordpress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin so they display on the My Sites wordpress.com account page.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.   As you are referring to a site that is not hosted here, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
