Trying to get my old website back

Hi, I was wondering if you guys could help me. I used to manage my 2 websites from here but I haven’t been in the business for a couple of years and the websites, domains hosting etc. have died off. I have now renewed my domains and purchased hosting on godaddy.com, and would like to use the old templates and content to get my websites up and running again. How do I do it? Is it possible to get some assistance from WordPress when setting it up?
