Trying to get site back

So originally I had mizzoureport.wordpress.com. I upgraded to a business plan with a domain and then had mizzoureport.com. I came into bad financial times and couldn’t afford to renew the plan, but would like to know what my options are to renew the page? I’m not sure what this mizzoureport.wpcomstaging.local is. Thank you.

It’s been over a year since your Business plan expired and we need to know if you want to keep your site’s contents. If you do, we need to try and see if it’s possible to restore them. Otherwise, we can restore your site to the state before the Business plan upgrade.

Thanks! After thought, I’m interested in keeping or renewing the domain for mizzoureport.com, but I do not need any of the site’s previous contents including posts and widgets.

Ok, sorry, just double-checking here.
We can recover the site with all of its past content, but this would require purchasing a new Business plan.
Or, we can revert the site so that a Business plan is no longer required, but it may lose some content.
Which would you prefer? :)

Can we go with the second option, revert the site so the business plan is no longer required? It’s totally fine if old content is lost.
