I have flagged this thread for Staff attention. Is there a link in that warning message that you can use to click and contact Staff with? If there is click it. -
You need to take the advice and fix your spam crap comments – then contact the staff and ask them to review you site to remove the warning

Every time you approve spam, you are telling Akismet that a spammer is legitimate and then their spam shows up on my site also
