Trying to hook everything up

  I set up an account, and am now playing around on the dashboard but it will not allow me to connect jetpack or install a couple plug-ins. I tried to create a separate account (which I am on now) but it still won’t install but I’m guessing that’s because it’s not hooked up to my website. I’m very new to this and extremely confused. I have filled out the password reset forms so many times now and haven’t received a single email.

  So, from what I can see on your blog, it appears that this is not the right forum where to post your issue. You have a self-hosted site which uses the WordPress.org software, but this forum is for blogs hosted here on WordPress.com.
  The two versions are different and have separate forums.
  Please post your question at the WordPress.org forum: https://wordpress.org/support/, where there’re people able to help you figure it out with you.

  I hope you’ll be able to set up your plugins and your website very soon! :)
