Trying to import a tumblr

    I was attempting to import my tumblr blog, but it said ‘In Progress’ and apparently kept reloading the page, without importing anything. I attempted to clear the information, as the instructions on the importer said, but when I went bck and tried again to import the same tumblr, I received a notification that I was only allowed to import one tumblr at a time, despite the importer obviously not having brought anything over. What can I do to save my blog?

    Hi there,

    I’ve reset the Tumblr importer for your site so you can try again.

    If it seems to take long, please be patient and don’t try cancelling the process yourself – we’re experiencing a high volume of imports from Tumblr at the moment causing a backlog of pending imports in our system. The imports are being run in the order they are submitted.

    If the new import doesn’t complete within 24 hours, please let us know.
