trying to import custom domain

I’m trying to import content from a tumblr blog but it won’t allow me to do so due to a ‘custom domain’, but the tumblr blog isnt even using a custom domain?? not sure what the issue is

Hi there,
I see an import currently queued on that site, meaning you did successfully start an import. It’s just waiting to run. So that error is likely just a false positive.
We’re processing quite a few imports from Tumblr at the moment, which is causing a backlog of imports in our system. While it may look like your import failed, it’s just in line for processing, and luckily it’s still in the queue. At this point I’m not able to give an estimate on how long it might take to catch up with the backlog, though.

thanks for this reply but the problem I’m having isn’t the delay in importing, my problem is that I’m not even being given the option to initiate an import because of a “custom domain”, even though the blog in question that I’m trying to import… ISNT using a custom domain

You’re not seeing the option to start an import on joaksarchive.wordpress.com because there is already an import queued for that site. It has already been started and is waiting to run. You won’t be able to start another import before the current import has completed.
The pending import is for the Tumblr site, woobification.tumblr.com
