Trying to import from Blog-city

  I currently have a blog-city account and am wanting to migrate it over to wordpress. Blog-city allows me to export in one of three formats:
  1) RSS
  2) Adobe PDF
  3) Simple HTML

  Is there anyway that I can import any of these into wordpress?

  Any help would be welcome
