trying to import my tumblr

    I noticed it had been importing for a while and not a single post had imported yet, so like it suggested, I stopped importing. Now it won’t let me start again and it says I can only have one import running at a time. I’ve logged out and back in and that didn’t help. I’ve disconnected my tumblr and reconnected several times and that didn’t help too. I’m beginning to get really frustrated because Tumblr is a ticking time bomb and I would like to have my blog backed up.

    How do I fix this so I can import again? Thanks.

    Hi there,

    I’ve reset the Tumblr importer for your site so you can try again.

    If it seems to take long, please be patient and don’t try cancelling the process yourself – we’re experiencing a high volume of imports from Tumblr at the moment causing a backlog of pending imports in our system. The imports are being run in the order they are submitted.

    If the new import doesn’t complete within 24 hours, please let us know.
