Trying to install a theme.

I bought a Theme and I want to upload it. My problem is that when I look for a tutorial on how to do it the instructions are not what I see in my page.
– Login to your WordPress dashboard
– Navigate to Appearance> Themes > Add new.There is no Appearance in my Dashboard.
