Trying to install response magic code into web page in widget have install but does't work.

I would like to insert Response Magic code in to the widget I have tried and it only leaves the code and does not perform it has work in other wordpress web pages but hasn’t in this can anyone help please

That code will not be operational on any site hosted by wordpress.com, regardless of upgrades.
We have code restrictions at wordpress.COM. No javascript or iframe embeds or widgets from unsupported sources or third party advertising widget codes or form codes other than the contact form code at https://en.support.wordpress.com/forms/contact-form/ can be used on any wordpress.COM hosted sites.
