  Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but we aren’t allowed to add plugins to sites hosted on WordPress.com. http://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/

  This is one of the major differences between getting a webhost and setting up your own WordPress.org install, and creating a site hosted on WordPress.com.
