Trying to Launch my New Blog

  I am trying to launch my new blog because apparently if I don’t launch it, it won’t be publicly visible. However, every time I click launch I am directed towards a paid-for plan, despite having picked the free plan because I DON’T want to have to pay for my blog. I have another blog I set up a couple of years ago which works perfectly fine for free, so I don’t see why this one insists I pay for everything. I have tried switching it from private to public in my blog’s settings, but the buttons are greyed out – guess what, my only option to change the site to public is to launch the damn thing. Can anyone help me out?

  Never mind, it’s just fixed itself and come up with a free option
