Can you elaborate on the question? I don’t think I understand what you’re trying to do.
Your images can be links to other pages or sites. But I’m not sure that’s what you’re after.

I created a form on my word press site, sort of registration page. I have a picture on my site which I would like to link to this registration form. I don’t know how to crate a hyperlink for this form. Do you or does anyone else know how to do this? The article you linked has not helpful.

Am I correct in understanding you want it so when somebody clicks on the image it takes them to the registration form?
Are the image and form on two separate pages?
If I understand what you’re after, the link I posted would be correct. It shows you how to add a link to the image which you would use to link to the registration form.
Would you share the website URL, please?
