Trying to Link Gravatar to my account

  Hi! I had a user account created for me to help contribute to someone else’s blog. I added all sorts of profile details, and through the profile page I opened and created a Gravatar page. Well, back on WordPress, it wouldn’t show my gravatar! Just now I tried to log in through my desktop computer instead of mobile, and I tried to log in through my email… it created a new account with a different username (saying the original one is taken), but it automatically connected my gravatar to the new account!

  Any thoughts on connecting the Gravatar to the correct account, or merging the two?

  I think I got it… In case this ever helps anyone else:
  I believe I set up the gravatar account with my “work” email address, but I set up WordPress with my audio blogging email address. I changed the unwanted account to an alternate email, changed the primary account from the audio blogging email to the work email, my avatar is showing up, and I think I can safely delete the unwanted account now.
