Trying to load ProPhoto – but no place to "install new theme"

  Okay, guys I fairly stressed out. I’ve spent all of yesterday finally getting jamesbushphotography.com to come up under the WordPress.com site and that works. I spent the $12 to get the .com to be my primary site. I’d already spent the $200 to purchase ProPhoto about 2 months ago. And now I’m trying to install the ProPhoto through WordPress (which btw is the only reason why I went through WordPress) and now there doesn’t seem to be a way to do it.

  Is this correct or am I just losing my mind? There is supposed to be a button next to the Manage Theme that should say “Install New Theme”, but there isn’t one.

  Help!!!!???? What do I need to do to get this done?!?!?
