Trying to locate where I can check statistics for 404 errors on my blog

  Is there any way I can check for 404 page not found errors on my free wordpress.com blog. Thank you. Maria Brinkley My blog is mariabrinkley.com. I understand that there are plugins for this but I can’t have plugins on my wordpress.com blog.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  HI there,

  That wouldn’t be possible on WordPress.com. The errors regarding your permalinks were because the readers were going to the old link and not the new. As long as you are going to the new link you won’t go to that error. Just note for the future, if you plan on changing the permalink please do that before you publish.

  Thanks for your reply Grace.

  I know now not to change permalinks after publishing. I should have found this out earlier!

  However, it appears that I can still get to my posts anyway. At least they work when I try them. I guess it’s all part of the learning process!
