Trying to majorly expand column width

  Hi, For my blog I want to display jpg’s of resumes in the actual post (rather than having users click on the jpg to have it fully blow up in a new window).

  The problem is, to have the jpg legible- the column needs to be wider.

  I want the resume to be visible like this example:

  But right now it looks like this:
  http://myrealsume.wordpress.com/

  Can anyone help me widen the entire column? How far can I widen it? I understand I might have to adjust the image at the top (which would be fine).
