Trying to make a new site

  First I was looking for an option to make a new site under my username but couldn’t find the option. Since the content on my site is old I thought the next best thing was to clear out the site so I can add new content.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You certainly can create a new site under your same WordPress.com account! Instructions on how to do that can be found here:
