Trying to make a tournament website with wordpress

  Hi, i would like to create a online tournament site similar to gamrs.net , i want it where players can create an account, make a team, invite their friends to that team, and enter the team into daily tournament that we would be hosting! There would be brackets, sign ups, and checkins all on the website. Players can also report the match themselves after the game! Their would also be a point system, XP system, and achievements/trophies. Also i would like a “refer a friend” system where if they use their friends code/link, they get a certain amount of free points. The points players would have to buy to get into pay out tournaments. Also they would be to fully customize their profile! It seems very simple but complex at the same time. Please respond as soon as you can. Also there needs to be a good mobile and ipad site! If you have any suggestions please respond!
