Trying to Make Different 'Post' Type for Articles

  Hello WordPress Staff :) I am currently using ‘posts’ for lighter content (blog posts), but I wanted to make a different sort of post for articles. Is there a way I can have different entries route to a specific page depending on their type? I’ve heard that I can’t have two ‘blog’ pages, so is there any other way to be more specific with my posts? Thanks, I really appreciate it!

  Hi there,

  From what you are describing, creating Categories would help you achieve what you are after.
  You can then create a Custom Menu to display these Categories in your menu/s as you see fit.
