trying to make payment and its unauthorized it 4 times

  it has given me this message 4 times after putting the OTP of may card. i have changed details many times to see if it works but it keeps giving this message. now i am worried that hope it didnt deduct amount from my account 4 times

  Hi there,

  It appears that you could have entered invalid billing address when you performed the transaction. Please make sure the billing address you entered is same as the billing address you registered with the bank.

  If you worry that the transactions will be billed to your card, please contact your bank at the back of your card.

  P/S: I’m adding the modlook tag so that a staff could help to see if they should step in.

  That’s my correct billing address. Started all of this with such excitment that from free plan I chose basic nad then premium but when finally went for payment… so many problems. Full excitment gone. On top in India it seems there is no contact number for WordPress so we have to wait for assistance untill someone sees our request.
  What should I do?
  And top I have no clue if I have been billed 4 times. :(

  Normally if the transactions got rejected, you won’t be billed. But if you want to make sure, you could call your bank to confirm.

  Thank you.
  So I have to wait until they see some message on forums. Their support bar is of no help. It keeps showing unrealted topics. Have put a query to expert and even that didn’t work.But is this the only way to get help?. I mean it’s so disappointing.
