Trying to manage subscriptions to delete website

    I’m unable to change my subscriptions so that I may delete my armstrongscottage website. Everytime I go to the manage purchases section nothing is listed.

    Please assist so that I may remove the armstrongscottage website.

    Hi there, is this for armstrongscottage.wordpress.com? If so, is it possible you need to be logged in with another username account?

    Hi @atelierloie, @justjennifer is right; the upgrades are owned by another account. If you’ll log out, then log in again using the email address that gets renewal reminders, you can remove the upgrades as you’d like.

    Please be aware, though, if you intend to use the domain elsewhere, you will not want to cancel it. Canceling it does not free it up again. It just means you’ll no longer own it.
