Trying to Map an existing domain to my blog

  I am trying to map the domain http://www.doodlefactory.com.do to my blog (doodlfactory.wordpress.com). Where can I find the specific IP address and the NS for my blog ?

  You need to have the staff add a zone record for your to map your domain name to your blog – I will flag this for the staff to help – they will respond here when the zone record has been added

  Thank you very much for your help! However I followed the guide and apparently I have to register my domain with another registrar. What exactly does this mean?

  doodlefactory.com.do – is a domain name that can’t be registered with WordPress.COM – this is a limitation of the registrar they use – you can map the domain name here – that means you need to register your domain name with another registrar such as Name Cheap or Net Work Solutions or a registrar in your own country – or any registrar that can accept you country name type.
