I get a comment saying an ‘active access token must be used’ – what is this?
I already have a domain name created from another issuer and Im trying to map it to WordPress but the above comment comes up? -

Please try to sign out and back in to your WordPress.com user account. Also, clear your browser cache: https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache/
Then enable third party cookies on your browser https://en.support.wordpress.com/third-party-cookies/#how-do-i-enable-third-party-cookies
If you do not succeed please provide this specific info:
(a) Exactly what kind of device you are using to connect to the internet and to WordPress.com.
