  Sorry, new here. This has been a very frustrating and overwhelming experience so far. So I created a site, and I created a post, how to get them on one page?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Looks like you’re in the wrong forum. Your site is using the self-hosted version of WordPress and you need to seek help at the WordPress.org forums:
