Trying to move subscribers

Hi there
I have recently moved hosting companies and my site is back up and running but it shows me as having 15 subscribers on the front end but when i look in wordpress.com there is only me subscribed after re subscribing
is wordpress able to help here and transfer my subscibers over for me please
