Trying to move tags to bottom of posts

  I love a lot about the DePo Masthead theme but for a number of reasons I hate having the tags appear above the title of the posts (currently, the only tags I’ve been putting on posts are author names: they appear in gray capital letters above the post titles, for instance “LIONEL HARRINGTON” above “SHORT STORY 5.3.” I’d rather have tags appear below the posts. Is there any way to do this with CSS? Any help would be hugely appreciated.
