  How can I make a page where I separate topics and then posts under the topic. and then you can click on post and it opens?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  This is easiest accomplished with a Custom Menu in a navigation menu, rather than in the content of a page itself. Does that help?
