Trying to pay and 'Transaction couldn't be completed' keeps popping up

  Hello, i’m trying to purchase an annual upgrade and everytime i put in my payment information it says ‘transaction couldn’t be completed’ this is for both pay pal and my credit card. There is nothing wrong with either of them.

  Please advise.

  Hi there. Have you tried clearing your browser cache and cookies? Please try that and then try doing the upgrade again. http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/

  Also check your credit card statement/PayPal account to make sure the payment hasn’t perhaps gone through in spite of the error.
