trying to pay for domain with paypal

  Hi, Nigeria happens to be one of the countries accepted by PayPal. But I have tried repeatedly to pay for a domain name and it never goes through

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Yes that has been settled, but I’ll like to know how to setup a different login page for other users complete with username and password. Also how to change my dashboard address to Sportsblip.net/wp-admin

  I’ll like to know how to setup a different login page for other users complete with username and password.

  Other users on your site can either log in to WordPress.com at https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php or they can log in directly to your site’s dashboard at https://sportsblip.net/wp-login.php or https://sportsblip.wordpress.com/wp-login.php. (They’ll need to have a WordPress.com account to log in — you can invite them to create an account and join your site using the steps in the guide to Inviting Contributors, Followers, and Viewers.)

  If you’d like, you can also add the Meta Widget to your site, so users can follow the link from that widget on your site to log in to the dashboard.

  Also how to change my dashboard address to Sportsblip.net/wp-admin

  You can use the link http://sportsblip.net/wp-admin and it will redirect to your site’s underlying address (sportsblip.wordpress.com/wp-admin). That underlying address is always there, to make sure your content is always safe even if you stop using your custom domain name on your site. Because of that, there isn’t a way to change the dashboard address itself to use your custom domain — but you can still use that link with your custom domain and it will direct you to your dashboard.
