trying to pay for renewal

    Hi, I was notified that http://www.EquippingBelievers.net needs to renew. I can’t find a way to do the $26 annual plan like I do on my other site (www.donhamlin.com, which renews automatically). Please let me know what I should do to make payment, or if it does, indeed, renew automatically. Thanks. Don H

    Hi there,

    While your account owns the site, it seems you used a different account to buy the domain for the site. You will need to log in as that account to renew the domain.

    If you visit My Site ->People you should be able to see the other username account on your site, the one that owns the domain.

    Well, I did that but there’s nothing that allows me to pay or even change the billing for auto pay or anything like that. All that is offered are two monthly premium plans, not the $26 annual plan that I use for both sites. I don’t have this problem on my other site (which auto-renewed in February). Suggestions?

    You are still logged in as equippingbelievers, and this username does not own the upgrades.

    You will need to log out of this account, and log in as the account that owns the upgrades. Then you’ll see them on the Purchases page and be able to renew them.
