trying to pay to renew domain for blog

    I am trying to renew domain, which expires in 8 days. But when I tried, the message was that someone else paid for this in the past which is not correct. I paid from my account for the last 2 years. Need to renew before it expires and we lose all the content.

    I would be happy to assist you in renewing your subscription. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. Until recently, you were able to renew an upgrade that was under your account, but now only the owner of the upgrade can. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into renewing the subscription upgrade. However, you should be able to renew the domain if logged into the account that owns the upgrade.
