Trying to post a 10-second video clip from my computer to my blog

  Hi, I’m trying to embed a 10-second video clip from my iPhone, of my 2-year-old son, into my wordress.com blog post. I’ve saved it as a .wmv file and a .mov file and both got rejected. Is there another way to save a short video file that will allow it to show up and be played in my blog post? Thanks.
