  Hi,
  I want to get into my WordPress account so Caitlin, our website person can post something for us, but it seems that I need to reset my password.
  I got to the stage where you said an email would be sent to me to reset the password – but no email.

  It said
  Email sent! An email has been sent to (email visible only to moderators and staff) with instructions on resetting your password.

  Could you please help us resolve this issue?

  Did not arrive I recon you have gone back to the old email address – we changed this two years or so ago. How can we change this AGAIN?
