    Trying to purchase a guided transfer but get a prompt saying, “Your site already has some of these upgrades. Do you still want to continue?” Yes, I do, but there’s no way for me to move past this screen. Can I get help purchasing a guided transfer?

    Hi there, it looks like you had a custom font applied through the Custom Design upgrade, which was preventing your order from going through. I reset it to the default font and it looks like the Guided Transfer is already in your cart.
