Trying to purchase Guided Transfer, won't let me.

    Hello! I am trying to purchase the Guided Transfer to go to WordPress.org and when I enter my payment info an error screen comes up that says “your blog already has some of these features, are you trying to upgrade your blog?”

    I have emailed support but haven’t heard back. Why can’t I purchase the Guided Transfer?

    It looks like you were able to successfully purchase Guided transfer on April 2 and with my colleagues’ assistance, get everything moved over.

    I’m going to close this thread since it sounds like everything has been resolved.
