  I’m trying to purchase ‘Organization Theme’ for download
  and not for the blog here

  How can I do that?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The Organization theme is only available for WordPress.com blogs. For your self-hosted WordPress blog, you buy a similar theme from the makers of that theme.
