Trying to purchase Premium account, credit card payment not going through

    When I go to purchase, and I put in the MasterCard info, it doesn’t go through. All the info was input correctly and this card is regularly used for online purchases.

    I don’t see any failed payment attempts on our end – I don’t see any payment attempts at all, so it could be that your bank is blocking the purchase. We find this happens sometimes with cards issued outside of the US.

    Another possibility is that your browser is not sending us the payment info when you click the Purchase button. Can you please try clearing your browser cache and cookies, and if possible try a different browser as well. Chrome or Firefox, preferably.

    Let me know if that doesn’t help.
