Trying to put a credit card number in

    Cannot add credit card. Tried two different browsers and 4 different card and only get ‘There was a problem with your credit card. Please check your information and try again.’

    What can I do?
    Cookies are cleared, new Edge and Chrome browsers are tested

    Hi there,

    I do not see any transaction errors on this end. Can you contact your credit card company and confirm they are not blocking the purchase?

    This message can come up from time to time as we “pre-auth” your payment info and the issuer on the other end blocks it for some reason.
