Trying to put mailchimp on my site

  I’m trying to use mailchimp for my followers to put their email in. I have the html that mailchimp gave me and I tried to put it in the sidebar using the widgets (text) and all it showed was coding.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You cannot use the MailChimp embed code and cannot create a pop-up on a wordpress.COM hosted blog. You can create a sign up page on MailChimp only.
