trying to reconfigure mx for email and won't work

    Hi, I’m trying to move my email to Zoho, but when I attempt to configure the MX I keep getting an error.

    I entered MX = mx.zohomail.com with priority 10 and mx2.zohomail.com with priority 20, but when I save changes it says it didn’t work. I went to mxtoolbox.com and there were several errors: failed to connect and IP resolution error.

    I’ve now reached the limit of my tech savviness. Really could use some help.
