  Hello,

  How do I recover my expired domain?

  I thought it was on my (email visible only to moderators and staff) email but it must have been on my old university email. I am trying to get it back up and running. Is there any way I could get some support?

  Hi there, free sites do not expire, however, it looks like you need to be logged in with a different username account to the one you are posting here in the forums. bnestes

  First log out of this account and then visit the Log In page at https://wordpress.com/log-in If you have access to the email address associated with that account, you can either reset the password by clicking on the Lost Password link there or send yourself an email with a one-time log-in link by clicking on the “Email me a login link”.

  If you don’t remember the email address and you had email notifications of new comments or feedback on your site, you could try leaving a comment or filling out a contact form on that site and then checking all your active email accounts to see where the email notification goes.

  Barring that, you’ll need to recover your account following the support guide at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/
