Trying to recover an old site

  I have a site I used to run on WordPress.com. unfortunately, while it looks like it might still be here I cannot remember the username for the site. Is there a way to contact WordPress.com to try to prove who I am and regain access to this site?

  To get access you’d need either the username or the email address associated with the site along with the password.
