Trying to recover my account

    Myself and my SEO gal have been trying all day, went to the recover page put in all the information, using 2 step auth. did that, clicked recover and it wants a new password, changed the password and still not recovered. WE cannot get pass the password stage even though we put in the 2 step authorization number.

    Please help it is very frustrating and I have a deadline I am trying to meet.

    Your website doesn’t seem to be hosted by WordPress.com, instead it is using the WordPress.org software on your own server (self-hosted). This forum is for providing support only for websites hosted on WordPress.com

    There are two versions of WordPress – WordPress.com and WordPress.org. You can find more information about the differences between them here.

    I would suggest that you look at the support page of WordPress.org and their forum – https://wordpress.org/support/. If you don’t have an account there you can create one for free here.
