I have seen that other people have the same problem because of having the google authenticator app but not having the passcodes. Now there is a form, but if you don’t have the information for the form that they want, then you still get nowhere. This is really disappointing and frustrating. I’m just trying to update my site while I have good internet. Anyone know how I can get into my site without the two code authenticator? I had to create this wordpress just to try to post about my site ruthiebinafrica.wordpress.com. Would love some help. Thanks.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Anyone know how I can get into my site without the two code authenticator?

Have you read the relevant support docs at these links?

    Disabling Two Step Authentication
    https://en.support.wordpress.com/security/two-step-authentication/#disabling-two-step-authentication

    Account recovery
    https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/

There is only one means of account recovery. As the required information is private information this is never ever done on public support forums like this one. Please complete the form for account recovery at this link https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery and submit it to the Account Recovery Staff so they can contact you by email ie. not on these public support forums which are available to everyone with internet access.

I also note that this is another username account of yours https://en.forums.wordpress.com/profile/ruthiebinafrica that matches the URL you provided so I will provide more information to give you a deeper understanding.

Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.

You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard at https://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/

When you have recovered the account and can log in clicking this link should display all blogs registered under the same username, including the hidden ones: https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs&show=hidden

If you do not see the blog here http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/ then you follow this guide > http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/#my-blogs-dashboard-visibility

Yes, I have visited those sites and they are not helping me get anywhere. I am going in circles on the link: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery just trying to submit my request. I have changed my password.

All you do is fill out the form at https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery and submit it. Then you patiently wait for Staff to email you and work with you on recovering the account.

Yes I understand that. I’ve been trying to submit the form for over 2 hours and try to find one of the 3 proofs of ownership. I set this blog up in 2012 and my paypal history for 2012 does not show any transaction ID with paypal. I’ve tried to recover my initial activation or url key from my email server with no luck from administrators. The whole reason I can’t get into my site is because I do not have the codes for the authenticator as they were on a phone that I do not have and I do not know where the other codes are. I appreciate all of your help. I will patiently wait for a solution as to how I can submit the form without this information. I could tell anyone what is on my site, what I have saved as draft posts, send some of the pictures I recently uploaded, the percentage of usage, etc.

Hi there, I just sent an email to the account that owns ruthiebinafrica.wordpress.com, to help with that process. Please reply directly to that email for further help with this.
