Trying to recover my site: need help
-
I was getting a static MOJO page which I could not get rid of. In trying to get rid of the MOJO test page, I mistakenly disconnected Jetpack. How do I restore my site. The site is smfootball.net. My name is Kenneth Jackson and I can be reached at (email visible only to moderators and staff) or [redacted by staff]. I hope this isn’t irreversable. Thank you.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

This is wordpress.COM support. We cannot help you aside from pointing you the Jetpack support links.
We provide support only for wordpress.COM hosted sites. Our support docs do not apply to
(1) local installs of wordpress.ORG software on your own server or
(2) wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, and we do not provide support for them at wordpress.COM.
(3) sites linked to wordpress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin so they display on the My Sites wordpress.com account page. That support is at http://wordpress.org/support/ The wordpress.ORG login link is here https://login.wordpress.org/ If you do not have an account yet then click Create an account https://login.wordpress.org/register/ and if you have lost an account password click Lost password? https://login.wordpress.org/lostpassword/
Some Jetpack solutions are here http://jetpack.com/support/
Others are in the Jetpack support forum at WordPress.org
http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpackHowever, if help cannot be found at either one then they can file a Jetpack support ticket here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/?jetpack=needs-service
WordPress.org support docs are at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page
See also https://apps.wordpress.org/support/ for app support.
P.S. This is a public support forum available to all with internet access so I tagged this thread for Staff to remove your personal information.

Hi there,
Only you can reconnect Jetpack. We don’t have access to your self-hosted site, so we can’t do it for you.
You need to log into the WP-Admin dashboard of your self-hosted site and reconnect Jetpack from there to restore the site to your WordPress.com account.

Thanks for your responses. The problem with the information from kokkieh is when I log into WP Admin is it is sayig I do not have a site yet, if I try to log into smfootball.net/wp-admin, it gives me an error saying Incorrect login ID or password. In response, I used “forgot password” to reset the p/w and it still won’t let me in. The site is still out there on WP somewhere but I cannot get to it to reconnect Jetpack.

The username/password combo you set up for that site would not be the same as your WordPress.com login credentials. Those login details would have been set up when you created the site, and would have been emailed to you by your hosting provider. If you didn’t change them after setup, those original credentials might still work. Check your old emails for an email from your hosting provider with those login details.
Failing that, you can find instructions how to reset the admin password on your site here:
https://codex.wordpress.org/Resetting_Your_Password
Note that you might need to access your site’s files on the server to do this. You’ll need to contact you hosting provider, ehosts.com, to help you with gaining that access.
