Trying to redirect to subfolder

  I have my website on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and my DNS from Namecheap is pointing to AWS instance. I want to be able to point my domain name to a subfolder on wordpress eg mydomain.com/blog. Im really not sure where to start can someone help me please.

  You cannot do that on any site hosted by wordpress.COM. You will need to hire a web host and move to a wordpress.ORG software install. Please see:
