Trying to reduce the height of the header space in twenty twelve

    I have upgraded to customise my blog but can’t get it to work. I am trying to reduce the height of the header space where you can upload an image. I want to reduce it by about 200 pixels so that more blog content can be seen without scrolling. currently the menus, header etc take up more than half the screen. Any help much appreciated.
