Trying to register a blog with the same domain name of a deleted blog

I wanna register a domain, but there is an error saying that the domain is already used. But, when i try to access that domain, a WordPress page with the message “{Blog} is no longer available.The authors have deleted this blog.” is shown.

eridout is correct. There is no recycling of deleted blog URLS here at wordpress.com.

http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/You can register another blog with a similar name. http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/
Or you can purchase a domain name via a domain mapping upgrade as in that case it will not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is.
